Terms and Conditions
These terms are between you and EmbrAIdery (“we”) and cover the EmbrAIdery program and this website. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The program and your account
- You need an account to use the program. Give true information and keep your password to yourself.
- An account is for one person or one business and works on one computer at a time. Signing in on another computer signs the first one out. Too many changes of computer in a short time suspend the account until we have looked at it.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
2. AI credits and payments
- The program’s hand-editing tools use no credits. The automatic tools (such as the AI Stitcher and the AI Corrector) use AI credits.
- You buy credits by recharging inside the program. There is no subscription and nothing renews on its own.
- Prices are in Indian rupees. The program shows what you pay before you pay, and what an AI run costs before you start it where this is known in advance.
- Payments are made through Razorpay. We receive the result of the payment, never your card, UPI or bank details.
- Credits belong to your account, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. Refunds are described on the Refunds page.
3. Your artwork and your designs
- You keep the rights you have in your artwork and in the machine files made from it.
- You promise that you have the right to use the artwork you send, and that it does not break anyone’s copyright, trademark or privacy.
- You allow us to keep the pictures you send, what the AI makes from them and the finished files, and to use them to run, study and improve EmbrAIdery’s tools (see the Privacy page). We do not sell them or publish them.
4. What you must not do
- share your account, or get around the one-computer rule;
- look for or extract keys, credits or other secrets from the program or our servers, or change your balance in any way other than buying credits;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the program, except where the law allows it;
- send material that is unlawful, or use the tools to harm others;
- overload or attack our servers, or use automated means to create accounts or runs.
If you do, we may suspend or end your account.
5. Results, and sewing them
The AI tools make machine files automatically and they can make mistakes. Check every design before you sew it, and sew a test sample before production. Stitching depends on your machine, fabric, thread and settings, so we cannot promise a result on any particular machine or cloth.
6. Our rights
The program and this website belong to us and our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the program as these terms allow. Some parts use third-party software under its own licence; these are listed in the program.
7. Availability and changes
We try to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available. We may improve, change or stop parts of it. If we stop the AI tools, we will say so first and deal fairly with unused credits.
8. Our responsibility
The program and the AI tools are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss (such as lost profit, spoilt fabric or a missed order), and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it. Nothing here limits what the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Ending
You may stop using the program and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. Sections that should survive (such as 3, 5 and 8) do.
10. Law
These terms follow the laws of India.
11. Changes to these terms
When we change them, the date at the top changes and the program asks you to accept the new version where the change matters. Questions: contact us.
