Cancellation and Refund Policy
EmbrAIdery has no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel: you pay only when you recharge AI credits, and you can stop at any time.
AI credits already used
Credits spent on an AI run that finished are not refundable, because the work has been done. If a run fails because of a fault on our side, it is not charged: the credits are returned to your account automatically.
Credits you have not used
If you change your mind, write to us within 7 days of the payment and we will refund the credits that are still unused, to the payment method you used. After that, we look at each request fairly but are not obliged to refund.
Wrong or double charges
If you were charged twice, or charged an amount you did not agree to, we refund it in full once we have checked it.
How to ask
Please contact us with the e-mail address of your account and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment number. We answer as soon as we can.
How the money comes back
Refunds go back through Razorpay to the card, UPI id or bank account you paid with. Once we have approved a refund, banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.
One-time licences
If we sell the program itself as a one-time purchase, the same rules apply: 7 days from payment, for a licence you have not used to make AI runs, and for wrong or double charges at any time.
